Datasheet for tag returns

GMRI continues to collect tag returns from tagged cod. Downloadable datasheets are availabe here. These files are in PDF format. If your computer does not have Adobe® Reader® you can download it for free by clicking here.

The following two files are identical, except one includes a 2nd page with fold lines to turn the datasheet into an envelope (only useful if your printer can print on both sides of the paper).

The other is a one-sided datasheet which you will need to put into a normal envelope when you send it to us.

If you are unable to print off your own datasheets, please email or call us to request hardcopy datasheets and SAE envelopes.
